I love when you walk into the spa and it smells inviting and relaxing! Aromatherapy is the art of fragrance that uses natural essential oils to promote overall well-being. I add a bit of aromatherapy into almost every service I provide at T L Spa Skin Studio.
Just to name drop a few of my favorites:
Facials: Lavender is an oldy but a goody that I like to incorporate into almost every facial because it induces relaxation and improves mood.
Waxing: Calendula oil has anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial. A calming blend of Calendula Oil is used to soothe the skin after all waxing services.
Diffuser: Bergamot oil has an uplifting effect and is always bubbling in the lobby so you are reminded to relax the moment you enter T L Spa Skin Studio.
National Fragrance Day is March 21st, here some fun ways to incorporate your favorite therapeutic essentials oils into your home to keep the spa vibe going.
– add a few drops to your bath or shower.
– set up a diffuser in your living room.
– use a few drops on your pillow or sheets.
