Arrival:

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure you get the most out of your scheduled time.

Cancellation:

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. 24 hour notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or modify appointments. Appointments can be rescheduled up to the 24 hour mark. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, and no shows, will be charged for the full cost of the appointment scheduled. By booking, you are agreeing to this policy.

Refunds:

There are no refunds issued on services rendered, series, packages, gift certificates, or opened products.

Products that have not been opened must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
