Clear Acne Program

Acne is an inherited inflammatory skin condition, medically known as retention hyperkeratosis, which is a build up of too many dead skin cells inside the pore. A normal skin cell sheds one layer of dead skin cells a day, where as an acne-prone skin cell will shed 5 or more layers of dead skin cells a day. This build up leads to the formation of a microcomedone, the beginning of all acne. Over the next 90 days, this build up turns into blackheads and congestion; if bacteria is present (which just loves to feed on the dead skin cells and oil), it turns into inflamed pimples or pustules and maybe even cysts.

Since it takes around 90 days for acne to form, you will have 90 days of acne that has yet to surface. With the Face Reality Acne System we can have your skin clear in 3 to 6 months depending on your skin and acne type.

We believe that antibiotics and harsh prescriptions are not needed in most cases to clear acne. With proper education on acne triggers along with treatments and products that are customized to your skin and acne type you can have healthy, clear skin & confidence that you deserve.

Clear Acne Consultation & Treatment $150

Our acne program starts with an in-depth consultation where you will learn how acne forms, your acne type, different triggers for breakouts, & a customized action plan for clearing your skin & getting ahead of future breakouts. Next you will receive your initial Essential Acne Treatment & get set up on your new home skincare routine with instructions.

To treat acne effectively commitment to Essential Acne Treatments should be provided every 2-4 weeks for at least 3 months (in some cases longer). Initial set of home care products is $150-250, add on's and adjustments may be needed in the process.

Essential Acne Treatment $95

The Essential Acne Treatment is recommended every 2-4 weeks to manage breakouts & to make necessary adjustments to get your skin clear. This treatment includes cleansing, enzyme or mild peel, extractions & high frequency or LED light. This treatment can only be booked if you have had our Clear Acne Consultation.
